For this client, Exit Communication provides consulting services and designs and creates various communication tools to support internal communication, based on the “dolphin” concept of Rabo Nederland. A desk pad, which is replaced by a different one each month, focuses on a different theme each month, accompanied by motivational text messages to the employees and several other tools for strengthening team spirit.
